The Adler Aphasia Center enriches the lives of people with aphasia, their families and communities. We offer tailored communication groups, art and wellness activities, and advocacy opportunities that improve communication long after traditional therapy has ended. Members connect with a community of peers to practice and improve communication skills, exercise cognitive skills, restore confidence, and enhance their quality of life.
AGCC’s mission is to combat maternal and neonatal mortality by providing essential medical services and undertaking initiatives to address preventable conditions in communities facing healthcare disparities of women and children in Ghana with a deep commitment to excellence in all we do.
Bergen County CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) is a non-profit organization that trains volunteers to champion the needs of abused and neglected children. CASAs advocate for the best interest of Bergen County’s foster children and speak up for them so they have a voice in their futures. Bergen CASA’s goal is to ensure each of these children can have a safe, loving, permanent home.
BVMI has a dedicated team of 75 volunteer healthcare professionals providing care to 1,000 patients annually. We see patients five days a week, both in the clinic and via telehealth. We have a nurse practitioner on staff who is available for phone consults and sick visits, helping to keep patients out of the emergency room.
Blossom Sisters Dance & Performing Arts, Inc. Established in 2006, is a nonprofit 501(c) 3 organization started by two sisters dedicated to building and enabling communities to participate in dance arts that meet the financial economical needs of all families. We believe no child should be denied dance education based on limited means.
Our Mission is to provide enrichment programs to youth to encourage them to become healthy, creative, and responsible adults.
Our programs provide poise, grace, discipline, coordination, and academic achievement while building self-esteem and self-confidence in youth that reside in under-served communities.
We offer Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Lyrical, African Jazz,
& Hip-Hop.
The Boys & Girls Club of Lodi was incorporated in 1949. The mission of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Lodi & Hackensack is to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential, as productive, caring, responsible citizens.
Boys & Girls Clubs are there to provide a safe place to learn and grow, as well as help the youth establish on going relationships with caring adult professionals. This is accomplished by providing the members with life enhancing programs and character development experiences. The programs that the Boys & Girls Club offers fall within the following core program areas.

Greater Bergen Community Action Inc. (GBCA) is a not-for-profit company working throughout New Jersey to build more sustainable families, community institutions, and neighborhoods. It does this through strategic investments in community and household finance, education, healthcare, housing, workforce development, energy, and neighborhood revitalization.
GBCA partners with a multitude of federal, state, and local government agencies along with private capital investors and lenders.
GBCA’s subsidiaries include a Federal Credit Union, a HUD-certified Community Housing Development Organization, a solar power company, a construction company, and a number of redevelopment entities. GBCA deploys the human capital of almost 600 dedicated staff in a wide range of professional disciplines, engaging the community at every level.
