Patrick J. Jennings is Certified by The Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney and a Criminal Trial Attorney. Mr. Jennings is one of less than fifty lawyers in the entire State of New Jersey to hold both trial certifications. Mr. Jennings is a trial lawyer and specializes in criminal defense (both general and white collar), civil litigation, commercial litigation and complex commercial litigation. Mr. Jennings has tried jury trials to verdict in both State and Federal Court.

In December 2010, Mr. Jennings secured--after a four month jury trial--the complete acquittal of an alleged hitman who was charged in an Eight Count Indictment with Murder, Conspiracy to Murder, Weapons Possession and Insurance Fraud.

As a commercial litigator, Mr. Jennings was lead litigation counsel to the North Hudson Sewerage Authority ("NHSA") in connection with the successful complex litigation surrounding the $120,000,000 construction of NHSA's wastewater treatment facility and secondary clarification filtration system.

Mr. Jennings is a former law clerk to the Honorable Kevin M. O'Halloran, former Presiding Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen County, Chancery Division, General Equity Part.

Mr. Jennings is also a recognized authority in matters pertaining to the New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association ("NJSIAA"); in this regard, Mr. Jennings has successfully represented numerous School Boards, Coaches and Student-Athletes both administratively and in the Superior Court.

Mr. Jennings is also a licensed New York attorney. He maintains an office in Saratoga Springs, New York and represents owners, trainers, and jockeys in the Thoroughbred and Harness racing industry.
